today after yoga i was driving home.
i got a notification. it was a message.
it read as follows:

what? this couldn't be real. i quickly opened up my facebook. the worst was confirmed. Hugh was no longer with us. Hugh was my brothers best friend in Middle School and most of high school. He was also my long time crush. If you knew Hugh he was one of the most liked guys. Not only because he was impeccably good looking but because he was one of the kindest guys you have ever meet. He was never mean to anyone.
needless to say i was stunned.
it reminded me of how short this life is.
we can chose the impact we make on another persons life.
