Remember my days way back when, the days I worked in retail and got 40%-50% off everything. and ultimately became a shopaholic. well it's back. and it all started with a Micheal Kors watch. It was my present to my self for getting a grow up job. Well  it went MIA and since then I've been justifing everything that I buy due to the fact that I can find that watch. Purchases like

hello lulu

i do believe after some hard work it's time to spoil yourself

so for my first paycheck i splurged on a jacket.

(this jacket to be exact)

lulu lemon cloths are my favorite.
i find my self in the Carlsbad form wanting everything only to leave with nothing.
but since i'm a working women and i've been lusting for some lulu for quite some time
i gave in.

Swim suit season is just around the corner.

and i found this delightfull web site that has about 10 one piece bathing suits

i'm currently lusting.

o how i wish i had the $1,500 to blow on all of them.

until that day i'll just be happy browsing

it was the perfect Saturday with the girls.

we went to the gym in the morning.

then lunch at the cheesecake factory.

and shopping galore.

yep it was a great saturday.

and I got the cutest dress and earning ever.

o happy day.

o and i need a hair cut again. my hair is growing out. o the transitional phase.

to me.

today me and Whitney went on a Costco run.
it was much needed since we are returning home
and needed to bring back some Hawaiian goodness
for Christmas gifts.

we had lunch in milalini together.
it was the first time all semester.
it was nice

then to costco we went.
returning home with a candy store of goodies.

and i got a bottle of vera wang for myself.it smells absolutely lovely.
i was becomingg really tired of wearing very sexy all the time

i've kinda really been into perfume's lately.
there's something about them that's so very lady like

last night

soo being the shop o aholic i am. i was seriously STOKED on going shopping with everyone today. BUT unfortunately. i work on friday's. so being that i had to work, i was a little bummbed out. then something delightful happened. Amra and the kiwi's wanted to go to the 12 o clock go around at wikela. and LOW and behold that's exactly where i wanted to go.

but getting there was a little bit of an adventure

it was a car full of kiwi's

fun loving kiwi's.

and a car. that has some issues on staying cool

need less to say we had to pull over twice due to over heating.

and the first time the car was SMOKING.

really cars still do that?

anyyy who.

it couldn't' have been more of a perfect place to break down. north shore by the pine trees. the stars were out and about shining crystal clear for us to gaze upon as we waited for the car to cool down. we played some fun games. it was quite enjoyable... but with shopping on all of our minds. off to complete chaos we went.

but somehow that made it all the more of an adventure

of course i found some jewels.

and came home quite happyyy.

at the lovely hour of 3:30 in the morning.

and of course people where still up at home.

we passed by the windward mall.

while passing we decided to stop by so i could pick up some of my clinque face wash at macy's.

also while at the mall we found ourselves in pac sun and we found our selves doing a little shopping.we both ended up with these pants.

all forr just $20. soo i dont' feel so bad.

cause i didn't need bright pink pants

i need a three piece suit.

and somehow i'm not excited to shop for one.

i can tell this is going to be a long recovery

confessions of a shopaholic post #1

once upon a time this summer i watched confessions of a shopaholic with the lil. i feeeel in love with it instantly. now pre arrival to BYUHAWAII i worked at Sun Diego. pro forms and samples sales were any girl's dream come tue. upon arrival to LAIE. i noticed a lackk of EVERYTHING and anything (and e-mails of those heavely sample sales where taking place in californiaa far far away: [ ). this was when i realized the joys of on-line shopping. i became a online shopaholic... however, it became rediculous when i was ordering uggs and stevemadden boots (i do use my uggs. this office is FRIDGED). this year i decided it was time to change that. i'vee been quite good about it all really. i've just boughten a juicer, water purifier, water bottel, and a ton of bulk tye dying material for a tye dye party.

but today i almost broke.

it would have been bad.

i was on sephora

i needed a new black eyeliner.

i had put into my shopping cart everything and anything from perfumes, to bronzers, to various shades of lip glosses. I was sett about to check out and then i thought to myself. do i reallyy need any of these?... am i reallyyy going to use any of it? and the answer was no. I think i already have enough of the stizzyuff as it is, and i hardly ever use it. sooo X marks the spot it was. tooddlley shopping cart. it was fun making you. however, i'm determinee to live on nessecities while i'm hawaii, and i'm not taking about the green scarf type of necessities. i reallyy don't wear much more than jeans and a t-shirt everyday with the occassionally swimsuit. and that's the way i like it.

a visit from la.

i got a visit from a lovely little girl

and a lovely little boy

actually in all honestly they weren't very little, but rather they were on the normal size of life. Alyssa and her cousin/best friend micheal came down from LA to spend the day with me. they arrived at aroundd 12 in the after noon. first stop of the day was extraordinary deserts.

desert was amazing. everytime i go into this restraunt featuring the most devine deserts you taste buds have ever tasted i'm transported to chocolate heaven. which i love. however we couldn't spend our whole day eating cake. so offf the the gaslamp district for some shopping it was!

urban outfitters was having a "yard" sale. even equipt with cloths in boxs labeled only by the cost. the sale was amazingly good and i got some very much so needed jeans for 10 dollarsss. lyssa found some stuff at lucky. which was also having a supper sale. and then we both fell into shoppers paradice when we made our last stop of the day at victori's secert. lyssa was looking at suits and trying them on, when a wonderful little sales associate told us that all swimwear was marked down 50% from the lowest price. that means each piece was between 6 & 3 dollars. basically i bought three. they are adorable. and lyssa bought one. OOO my I almost forgot to mention. lyssa is moving to hawaii in the fall! she got into byu-hawaii. it'll be so nice to have her adorable little self there.

okay. so this post is getting a little long
i think that's what i do when i get tired
i just keep writting. so i'm going to cut it short.
later we went to olive garden.
delicious as usual.
then they came over and we watched free willy.
good movie, i had completely forgoten everything that happened.
then they stayed the night
and then they left in the morning.

i get on a bathing suit buying frenzy. where I HAVE to buy more and more bathing suits. and this summer has marked the point of ridiculousness. it's the beginning of may and in the past 2 weeks i have purchased 5 new suits. and there's 3 more that i feel like are necessary to buy. and the WORST part about it. is having a plethora of bathing suits is not completely unnecessary and will not go unnoticed.

for crying out loud.i live in hawaii.
it's summer all year long.

what i think about it.
over priced goods.

usually you can find a close match to the goods at american apparel at a variety of stores for half the price. but i'm going to admitt they have a couple of very unique finds that i'll give into their' absurdity. and this tie dye skirt is one of them. O how i was about to order it but... if i get it i want that top. and guess what. it is m.i.a. on their website. this is a tragidy. soo i guess i'll have to put my shopping on reserve for spring break.
