the other day me and ash went to the BYUH surf competition.
thee boys were all soo excited to surf against each other

once i got some binoculars the showw was entertaining

yea a few hours= a couple of days in my time

i'm just oddling around till this semester is over. actually this whole entire school year. don't get me wronge i love it. i truely do. everyone in all of my classes are simply inspirational.. i'm glad that i'm surrounded by those that i am. it's hard to keep it going, i wish i was a TESL major where you can so easily take a year off and do an "intern" in some amazing country.... luckily i believe that i am going to be living in brazil this summer. i want to oo so badly. i miss brazil and i love it's people. I love the GENUINE kindness and love. i feel like you can get that here in hawaii. but there isn't a lot of it in the mainland.

i'm also missing Jimbos henery's and my parents fridge and kitchen. with everything i could want for a healthy little meal. since i've been out here, my diet has been going down hill i'm eating naughties. and it's not very fun for my body at the end of the day.

ALOHA.

a party weekend.

this weekend was non stop fun. (i think that's how most of my summer this far has been). it all starts on friday. a normal starting place for such as a weekend. i drove down to the beach to see brittany.

it was cloudy and overcast when i got there but after 30 minutes it started to clear up and was a pretty beach day. whitney was also at the beach. he's in california pursuing his modeling career and came down to spend a week in sandy ego. it was a jollly good time to see whitters. after the beach it was partty time. me, jenna and nick took a mini road trip to carona to go to jeff's house remmy and karly z as make the trip to jeff's and we bbq'd, played volleyball, swam, and movied it up with the carona krew. it always makes me soso happy to be surrounded by hawaii kids.

so saturday morning it was time to say bye bye to every one and head by to san diego. and it was time for me and the boy to head up to hollywood to see explosions in the sky.
the concert was explosive. and very enjoyableee. the little boy took me to my first raw food restaurant. they are definatly different than normal restaurants but they're very tasty. i'd recommend going to one at least once in your life time. after the concert i was exhausted and spent sunday resting and napping. i was planning on staying in for the night when nick called me for a game night with kids from the coast. i gave in and went. it was a delightfully fun time playing games and eating amazing brownies made by miss norton.

ookay so i love this girl. i think we may be friendly soul mates. she has blond hair too and dreads going to the salon. i think right there is a big giant flashing sign that reads WE'RE going to be friends. not only that but she's supper fun to hang out and way adorable. Nowwww i just need to find more time in my schedule to get together with her more often.

next. today i was supposed to go to town with josh but bailed. : ( . i was really sleeepy from the seasider basketball game and really wanted to relax. & with all my experiences good or bad going to town i almost always return twice as sleeepy eyed as when i left. so today it was going to be a day of mee just enjoying myself. The day started out with me waking up to the sound of rain... now normally on a saturday morning i would absolutly be completely frustrated with this. but today was not the case. i sat there in my o so warm bed listening to the rain and got all cudddled up in my blankeeys to go back to sleep. i got about an hour of sleep then woke up and told myself i was going to do some homework... well i got on my computer and kyle came over. his parents were staying at the Marriott resort on the west side and he invited me for a day of playing. hmmmm i had to think about it for a minute. stay home and do homework or slide down water slides and snorkle in a crystal clear bay and lay out in the sun. kyle and the Marriott won. so off me kyle, ash, and kyle's friend went. for a day of two on two basket ball. ocean soccer, underwater cave exploring, and the sunny westside. It was wonderful. It truely is completely different to be on vacation here and stay at a resort and to live in student housing. never the less life at byu hawaii is still wonderful. and this sunset at sharks cove proves it.

starving and subway.

alright if you know me at all or read my blogs you would know that I LOVE subway. and i visit this wonderful establishment once a week. well this week has been a crazy week with two ten page essays and a 3 page essay. book of mormon final and a stats final coming up on saturday. so after completion of my last essay i decided that i would reward myself for my hard work. so i was going to go to subway around 10 o clock. well i realized that i didn't have my wallet so i biked home... well i couldn't find my wallet anywhere. i was starving and very frustrated. i thought to myself it's probably in abby's car. being upset that i would not have subway anytime soon i ate a skinny cow sandwhich. it helped a little. i was determined to get subway tho and i still had my check book so it was off to the cashiers office to cash a check. cashing the check went fine but i had an appointment at the reading writing center. so subway was going to have to wait. as i walked to the rwc. i passed the testing center. guess who walked out...abby. i talked to her about my wallet and she said... "o yeah it is in my car, i thought about taking it in but i forgot." ermph..... o wells what can you do. after my appointment i got my subway and it was delicious at only 5 dollars (used to be the hawaii price of 5.99)

& i got to lay out at the beach.... i don't think today could have gotten any better.
