can we climb this mt. i don't know

Apperently i'm rolling on a youtube video kick.
but could you blame me with sweet videos?
here's another one.

it's funny.
in high school i LOVED the killers.
i had even heard that they "used" to be Mormons.
it's pretty cool to find out six years later.

that there's no "used" to be.

THEY ARE

nephi's courage

i know the lord provides a way he wants us to obey...

today i had one of those moments.
the kind that comfirms the truthfulness of the gospel
after being on vacation for three weeks.
i had kinda got out of my routine of visiting the temple.
last night I asked the Lord to help me get back into the habit.

I got off of work early. went to the gym earlier than normal.
finished my work out and decided to go to FHE.
at FHE Tiffany invited me to go for an early morning session at the temple.
me and Tiff hadn't tried to get together for a temple trip for a couple of months.
there is no doubt in my mind that her asking was the Lord providing a way so that
I could obey his commandments.

and I couldn't help but feel such gratitude for his Love and this Gospel.

(i found this about the laie temple)

there's power in service.
and there's even greater when serving together.
i love the palomar ward

the little things.

today. i enjoyed the crashing of the ocean.
and my aunts uncles and cousins united
to share of week of family fun.

my favorite moment was when my 4 year old cousin said he liked his kool-aid spicy
the little man doesn't quite know that sugar isn't considered a spice.

it's the simple things in the life that matters.

like the love and support of your family

181st conference.

The day before conference me and Chelsea had dinner at the lionshouse cafe
located in the beehive building in temple square.
we had the opportunity to walk around temple square and speak with the sisters at the visitors center.
i had never really hung out at temple square before and the experience was delightful.

(outside of the conference center)

This past conference was amazing.
The preparation for conference made all the difference.
the conference center might just be one of the largest most expansive building i have ever been it. the experience of BEING there was something I would recommend everyone do at lease once.
me and Chelsea got to go to Saturday afternoon session.
it was an amazing session and defiantly the one i was supposed to see live.
i got to see my Stake President and Matt's Dad Allen D. Haynie get called and
to be a new area 70.
that was neat.
and the talks were amazing.
my favorite was
elder oaks.
watch and enjoy
