greatfull

ve
i(for all these people)
i'm greatful that today was sunny
and that the sun shined illuminated my face with it's friendly rays
for friends to spend thanksgiving with when you away from home
for my parents and all that they do for me.
for my roommates that never stop entertaining me.
for my friends.
for the gym. (i will include P90X in this one
for yoga and meditation. just breathe.
for past boyfriends.
for not being married. ( i mean. taking the time to find mr.right)
for the temple
for the book of mormon
for the atonement
for smiles
for my truck that is rusting over. and only one door works
for lessons learned.
for drives in the country side.
for not holding in what you want to say.

happy thanksgiving

(and for the turkey. beware. it may drive you a little crazy.)

p.s.

what does bloggish even mean?

i've noticed

my blog is becoming non bloggish.
it's become more of a place to post pictures of past events. andd well lets face it i've got melissa and facebook for that. THE girl is way good at documenting all of our adventures as well as getting the up. so i started to think WHERE are my thoughts?? UMM and mindless recaps on how much fun i believe i'm having doesn't really count as a thought. so here it is. theses things are what's on my mind as of lately. (no pictures. sorry to dissappoint but i do believe you've alread seen enough)

should i stay or should i go.
meaning should i stay on this island or go somewhere else. I'd LOVE to stay but i need a purpose. not just a reason but a purpose. a purpose for me to grown and develope and move forward in the plan heavenly father has in stored for me. I'm having a hard time with this decision.

should i work or continue my education
now if i decided to work i could stay here. but the type of work i'd go into IE. Accounting wants commitment. which i don't think i'm quite willing to fully give. and as of lately i haven't been too well at hiding my lack of commitment to one spot. (hence me not getting the KPMG job. they wanted someone who wanted to stay in hawaii indefinitely. i couldn't lie.) I'm kinda about following your dreams, especially dreams that result in progress. And i've had this dream since i was 14 to go to the LDS Business College and get a degree in Interior Design. Me and my friend Brittany in high school would talk about becoming interior designers and how much fun it would be. I KNOW I KNOW. why the accounting degree. let me ask you why not go to school in hawaii it was a dream of mine. accounting was just something i was good at. plus it's security an accounting degree is NOT a bad thing to have on your resume. but i loveee designing things and creating. the only thing stopping me is the fact that i could make money. by saying i'd make money... i'd make good money. and that's enticing.
Decision decisions
and that's what's been on my mind.
oo and the fact that i'm graduating in less that a month.

TANNERRRR

TANNER
came to oahu to VISIT. he let us kidnap him for a day
were we went to sunset beach. ate lickety splits
came home and got dressed up to go out.

we went to tanner's favorite restaurant over here.
haliewa eats and ola's

(me and the GUYS)
(me and melissa)
(best desserts on this side of the island)(i love this boii. in the friendliest of ways)
(i'm doing the alex face.)

p.s. i do believe this is my 3rd time in a month going to
haliewa eats. and it's defiantly the 2nd time i've gotten
chocolate decadence a la mode.

we ended the night with some web cam music video making fun.
and a movie.

today
we woke up
stephanie made us breakfast burritos
and we went to pipeline. where oddly enough for this time of the year
it was FLAT. we played in what little waves there were.
tossed the football that someone forgot to take home from our halloween part
and i even rolled in the SAND.
(yes i was covered head to toe in SAND it was so warm i couldn't resist)

(me and T handing on the beach)
(the water looked a little suspect. making sure there were no sharks around.)(AHHHHH i found oNEE. or is that sydney?? wait sharks aren't real so it has to be sydney.)(getting and little tanner with TANNER)

LIFE is perfect.

my only concern is where do i go from here.
cali
thailand
utah.
or stay here for another 3 months.

for the first time
i'm not sure what to do.

san fransico

So some of you may have heard. but i took an off island trip.
It was my first "business trip"
i've never felt so grown up in my life.
i took a cab.
stayed in a hotel.
had a couple of interviews with some partners.
had some meals with some partners.
the trip was for second round interviews with KPMG one of the Big four
accounting firms. they have never recurited at our school before.
and i was one of the two lucky 1st round interviewies to make it
to the second round interviews in San Jose.
Silicon valley. where business gets done. It's pretty much the technology hub of the world
right down the street from KPMG's office was GOOGLE,NASA,APPLE'S R&D headquartes
needless to say. it opened my eyes to the fact that i will be graduating in december.
KPMG was a great firm. I'll hear back from them by friday.
I'm nervous and i really don't know what to expect.
there were 25 openings 50 applicants. and alot of Berkley students.
BERKLEY. scary.
but anywhooo the trip was also fun. I got some time to head up with some other recurtees to
san franscico and see the city. it was a jolly good time.

(the golden gate bridge is a good thing.)
(tis the season for snowglobe and the bay area.)
(NBD. just some blinging rims.)

(it's the first Ghirardelli)
(hot fudge brownie sunday. it's my favorite)

Gharadelli was decorated in christmas lights, tinsle, and all your christmas trimmings
lets just say it made me excited for the season. o and this is jeff. he was one of the
other KPMG recurits staying an extra night. He is the one who gave me and adam a ride up to
San Fransico to explore the city.

(all i wanted was a picture of his steeze mustache. what i got was a picture of him holding me.WEIRD)

(BBQ chicken pizza. it's my favorite.)
(i love sanfransicos smushhed up houses.)

(story time)
So when i was in 4th grad our teacher had us perform a circus.
it was cheesy.lame. and TOTALLY cool. everyone wanted my teacher so they could be
in the 4th grade circus. well one of the acts involved these little puppets.
which are surprisingly hard to find.
well when i was about 12 my family went up and visited san franscisco.
there was a puppet shop on pier 39. i begged and pleaded.
but instead i got an ESCAPED from ALCATRAZ shirt.
so i was amazed when the same puppet shop still sold these little suckers.
hence the picture and my excitment.

p.s. i've started to listen to christmas music.
