camera is back in action

golly it's 12:30 at night and i'm posting a post. it's because i'm terribly excited and happy. my camera batteries came in the mail. SO GUESS WHAT?? i now have my very own camera to post pictures to share :] and in honor of this very special occasion i will share some pictures from the padres game tonight.

SUMMMER 09 i'm ready to take your picturee.

a party weekend.

this weekend was non stop fun. (i think that's how most of my summer this far has been). it all starts on friday. a normal starting place for such as a weekend. i drove down to the beach to see brittany.

it was cloudy and overcast when i got there but after 30 minutes it started to clear up and was a pretty beach day. whitney was also at the beach. he's in california pursuing his modeling career and came down to spend a week in sandy ego. it was a jollly good time to see whitters. after the beach it was partty time. me, jenna and nick took a mini road trip to carona to go to jeff's house remmy and karly z as make the trip to jeff's and we bbq'd, played volleyball, swam, and movied it up with the carona krew. it always makes me soso happy to be surrounded by hawaii kids.

so saturday morning it was time to say bye bye to every one and head by to san diego. and it was time for me and the boy to head up to hollywood to see explosions in the sky.
the concert was explosive. and very enjoyableee. the little boy took me to my first raw food restaurant. they are definatly different than normal restaurants but they're very tasty. i'd recommend going to one at least once in your life time. after the concert i was exhausted and spent sunday resting and napping. i was planning on staying in for the night when nick called me for a game night with kids from the coast. i gave in and went. it was a delightfully fun time playing games and eating amazing brownies made by miss norton.

AND TODAY WAS A REALLY GOOD DAY

so home has been amazing. let me tell you about my day. it all starts off in wikiki when my mother meet a group of brazilian girls ages 18-24. thesee chickas were fun and we exchanged numbers and made plans to get together in san diego. me and analu went down to pb.

pb. how do i explain it for non san diego dwellers. well pb stands for pacific beach. it is full of darling little shops, and a million thrift stores, and last but not least tons of bars. pb is know for it's excess of bars and a wild night life. anyy whooo's it was fun to shop and lay out at the beach with analu.

next it was up the 5 to drive back home with a stop in carlsbad to visit nick. we ended up going on a bike ride with his beach cruisers down the coast hwy to carlsbad village drive. it was nice to be breathing in salty air and have the sun shiny down on us on our ride.

nick was a wonderful bike tour guide. and the ride was most relaxing. next time we're making a stop at nick's favorite mexcian restraunt most definatly.

right when we ended our bike ride. one of my best friends and pratically sister, natasha called wanting to know if i wanted to have dinner at our restraunt, OLIVE GARDEN. how much i love their breadstick and alfrado sauce i can not tell you.it was wonderful to get to catch up with one of my favorite girls and eat some of my favorite foods. i <3>

TODAY was WONDERFUL

has been to all of my soccer games.
been an amazing provider for me and the rest of my family
is a great story teller i don't know anyone with so many stories.
is a loving and kind father.
updates me while i'm away from home.
is crazy smart, bit of an inspiration.

always up for a beach trip.

but in the end. i have an amazing dad. i am grateful for everything that he has sacrificed for me and all of the love he has shown.

topher mevs came for a surprise visit.
now this visit was not a complete surprise to me.
me and topher are close friends, and he told me that he was planning on coming out for fathers day weekend
but some how this slipped my mind completely.
plus i thought it was thursday.

SLEEPY TIME

trip and san diego country fair

we went to sipz for alex's liking. a new vegetarian eatry. tofu chicken tastes nothing like chicken. next time i'm going to not even try and get a meat taste alike in my meal. any ways meat-less meals are growing on me.



we ate way to much food and were food drunk by the end of our meal. followed by sitting in my car singing this is the song that never end. he makes me giggle. i love it. it will never get old to me.

after dinner me and alex headed downtown to watch some of his friends from high school play at a coffee shop. it was some of the most relaxing music i have ever gotten to listen to live. i wouldn't mind seeing them again. the kids have talent.

this would be the face of me. being trapped in a car for 3 and a half hours. okay i ran out and excaped to the mobile for a bathroom break. but for reals. traffic was crazy. i'm glad i was not driving i feel bad for julio who was.

FAIRR o how i love the san diego county fair.

so my dear roommate whitney is in hawaii. i told her i was going to the fair. she told me to get a deep fried snickers. so i did. it wasn't as tasty as i thought it would have been. but it was something i believed i needed to experience. every trip to the fair requires something deep fried : ]

back home for the summer

i'm home! and i've been home for awhile now. my camera is still broken. : [ not too happy about that. but being home has been delightful. monday i got home at 10:00 and spent the next 3 hours unpacking. it felt so nice to be in my family's house. i love my room here. the next day was spent with the lil boy. we went to swam's cafe ate loveley vegitarian food. (after a year the boy has developed my liking towards vegies). we walked around the some little shops then found our selves in the self relazation gardens. these gardens are BEAUTIFUL and amazingly peaceful. full of exotic plants, koi fish, and over looks the beautiful california cost. if you have not been to these gardens i would definatly recommend a visit. they are located in/behind this aladin looking building.

tuesday was p90x work out day shopping with the mother and her friend followed by a birthday dinner for the lil boy with his family. vegan food. fun little place. the boy's present was explosions in the sky tickets for me and him later this month. thatt will be lots of funnners. today was the boys real birthday. we went on a picnic filled with jimbos cake and fire candles. (seriously 21 candles in a park during the summer in san diego is a definat fire hazard).

i love it here. i can tell it will be a wonderful summer.

my camera is officially borken. actually it has been broken for awhile now. so i buy an in

ONE WEEK

that's the amount of time that i have until i go back to CALIFORNIA living. i feel like this is going to be the longest week ever. i really don't know what to except life to be like over the pacific. all i can remember is there is tons of activities going on all the time and i have a car. a car to drive anywhere i'd like : ] o how nice that will be, driving.

time with the parents has been sweet. we played all day Saturday. We went to Kawela's, sharks cove, thai food, and wikki strip. i wasn't able to see them sunday, which left a really strange missing feeling inside of me. i just wanted to be with my parents hanging out enjoying the peace of hawaii. it's so nice to live in a tropical paradice in which people enjoy visiting. it''s a blessing that i could have my parents come out on this last week here, because dispit the PERFECT weahter and the sweet maui brown tan i'm getting. i am home sick...
