My room is just about clean. there just one last little pile of clean cloths that needs to get put away.
This past month was rather event full.
Jared asked me to marry him.
I went to Vegas.
My intern was fired.
We went and saw wicked.
I went on a mini road trip to : O.C, Santa Monica and LA.
Two days later we went to Big Bear

The purposal. Jared set up lanterns and put up a rope swing next to my favorite lake. 

It's nice to be home. 

Jared's friend owns this bakery.

The mission was having a chalk drawing festival.

We hiked to the smallest of waterfalls.

Santa Barbara was everything i could of hope for.

a moment in life.

this week i worked. it's become the story of my life. 
and it's a really neat one.
when i started this blog i had left my parents home for the first time.
i had a dream of going to college that i love. getting a degree that would support me.
now i have just that. 
some people say you don't always get what you wish for.
i think they're right.
you get more.

this weekend i'll be getting away for the holiday.

driving up the coast to visit santa barbra and tour solvang

then head over to santa monica peir to enjoy some salty air and amusement rides

one day i went to work and in front of my office there was this sign.

there's two michelle's at my office.

the other one called her ex and asked if the sign was for her.

he said no.

green scarf girl is back

Remember my days way back when, the days I worked in retail and got 40%-50% off everything. and ultimately became a shopaholic. well it's back. and it all started with a Micheal Kors watch. It was my present to my self for getting a grow up job. Well  it went MIA and since then I've been justifing everything that I buy due to the fact that I can find that watch. Purchases like

today i ran. tomorrow i work.

Today. i ran. it felt nice. tonight it was at the gym. time to my self seems to be scarces now adays. i've taken up a new client at work. there's lots to do and even more to learn. it's good. i've grown alot in the last couple of months. i couldn't have done it with out this boy:

 

He is patient. and kind. and just turned 25. To celebrate i spoiled him. I took him to dinner at Ruth's Chris. Bought him all sorts of surprises. and took him kayaking. he lets me watch gossip girl when i come home from work. then goes to the gym with me.Today i ran.

Tomorrow I work.

we went on a double date to the pierwith one of his best friend from high school and his wife.
we didn't catch any fish.
but we did eat a tasty dinner at Ruby's on the pier.
even though i work two steps from the ocean. i haven't been to it's shoreline
in a while. it was nice to get out and feel the salty breeze.

the next morning we went to IHOP.
and went shopping for a t.v. stand for his room.
me and mel went and worked out and shopped.
then. it was time for our first of 6 country concerts.
(jared even wore the cowboy hat i bought him... and he looked so dang cute.)

I GOT AN ACCOUNTING JOB!!!

it's the one that i applied to before i started yoga training
they were looking for interns i was looking for full-time.
on my last week of yoga extensions i got an e-mail asking me to come in
for an interview for a full-time position.
after two interviews and a little bit of waiting i found out i GOT the job!!!
i start next Wednesday.

in the meantime i've been finishing up a few projects.
and to celebrate me and the boy went on a trip to Hollywood.

i felt slightly weird when i asked Jared if we could PLUUUUSEEEEE get hot dogs while in
Hollywood. as a kid i watched hours of t.v. and during one of those millions of hours
i remember watching a food network show in which they named pinks as a
go to spot for hot dogs. since then I've been wanting to go.
let me tell you. this place DOES NOT disappoint. it smells amazing and tastes
even better. it is for sure not an everyday place to go to. but if your in the area CHECK
it OUT. you won't regret it.

yes. it's true. after two years.
and about two hundered dates.
i have a boy friend.

he's mr. snowman.
also know as jared.
he was a junior in high school.
and i was a freshman
we never spoke. but he invited me to come up and snowboard this winter
i went. we got to know each other. and started making visits.
he's absolutely adorable. and treats me like a little princess.
we enjoy snowboarding together, doing yoga, talking, making muddy buddies.
he LISTENS to me. opens my door. leaves me cute messages. reads my blog.

basically he's a sweet heart.
so i'm glad you got to meet my boyfriend.

CHRISTMAS time was crazy

many of you know.

i work at lululemon.
this being said. i had about ZERO free time during the holidays
what with family and work just about all my time was taken up.
i've never worked retail during the holiday season but rest assured.
it's straight CRAZY.

so when i found out SYDNEY and MYANNA were coming down for new years
i planned a weekend of partying.
first we had a bonfire at my dear friends poppy's house.
then we went clubbing
we got sat at ryan shecklers table and ended up partying with him and 5 of his
closest friends till 3:00am. we never did get a picture with him.
but the night was so epic. considering that when i was 15 i had the BIGGEST crush on him EVER

and then woke up to go rock climbing.(sweet view)

we also went up to Irvine for a new years party at dave and busters.
forgot about breakfast and lunch dinner and ate three dinners in one day.
it was honestly so much fun having them here.
i miss them already
i can't wait for our next adventure together!
